A twenty-six year Dumont resident, Bob McQuade has worked tirelessly to make Dumont a better place to live. As a Dumont councilman, Bob has chaired the finance committee for the past three years and is responsible for uncovering fiscal mismanagement of the previous years. In order to provide property tax relief to Dumont's families, he has testified in front of Local Finance Board, secured state oversight of our municipal finances, and has lobbied to bring home over $2 million in grant funding from Trenton.
Bob and Lynn McQuade are the parents of three children, all of whom have graduated from Dumont's public schools. Bob spent eleven years coaching boy’s and girl’s recreational sports in Dumont. He is a union member with IBEW Local #827 and a member of Verizon’s Emergency Response Team.
